Richard W. Harbaugh, Jr., a member of Salem Reformed Church in Hagerstown, Maryland, and pastor-in-training under the tutelage of Eric Cox, is now serving as interim pastor as we continue our search for a permanent pastor. Richard is a retired music teacher who has served several congregations in various capacities over the years.
